Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: maltodextrin, protein complex [whey protein concentrate (from milk), buttermilk, whey protein isolate (from milk), hydrolysed whey protein concentrate (from milk), micellar casein (from milk)], cocoa¹, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, thickener (xanthan gum), red beet juice concentrate^7,10,12, flavourings^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14,16}, flavouring^13,15, colour/s (E150c^2,3,9, E160a^3,4,11, E163¹⁰), cocoa^14,15, instant coffee¹⁶, sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and 1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals.
