ActivLab ColoNormax Extra is a product that contains psyllium husks from Plantago ovata, chicory inulin, and beneficial bacteria.
Psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) provide natural fiber that swells in the gastrointestinal tract, promoting bowel movement and regularity. They help naturally cleanse the body of toxins and harmful metabolic by-products, making them an excellent addition to any weight-loss diet and supporting cholesterol level management.
Chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus) helps with weight control, making it easier to follow a weight-loss diet. It supports intestinal health and helps lower blood sugar levels.

Recommended use: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 g) of powder in ½ glass of water. If necessary, drink additional water or other liquid. Use twice a day.
