RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
Dissolve 10 g (1 heaped scoop) in 250 ml of water. Use twice a day, preferably immediately after training. The packaging contains a measuring scoop. Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
