ALLNUTRITION - Power Band is a set of practical training bands allowing you to increase the effectiveness of your exercises by adding resistance. Available in three different variants differing by the resistance of the rubber.

How do resistance bands work?
Training bands are used for training based on the principle of progressive overload. Progressive resistance - means, the harder you stretch the rubber, the more resistance it puts up. Thanks to that, apart from building muscles, you will also build proper stabilisation of the joint it moves.
