Ingredients (INCI)

Recommended Use

• Runny or stuffy nose: apply on the outer surface of the nose
• Sore muscles / back pain: apply to the painful area; cover with a warm bandage for best results
• Headache: apply on the temples
• Blocked nose inhalation: dissolve 2 teaspoons of ointment in hot water and inhale steam through the nose (or use an inhaler)
